Our Charter

The Excel College Charter sets out clearly and publicly our commitments to our student/client. It indicates two (2) things:

• what they can expect from us and what to do if their reasonable expectations are not met
• what is expected of them if they are to make the most of the opportunities provided by us

However, we are committed to the continual improvement of our services and we welcome our student/client views about their experience at Excel College.

Excel College offers exceptional educational support for both home and international students with particular regard for individual need. Also, it is important to note that our International students flourish in here as a result of our commitment to providing quality student services including English language support, study skills, cultural orientation and administrative support. We prioritise small staff-student ratios, one-to-one support and assistance and a warm, personal response to the specific requirements of international students.

Excel College is highly regarded for the safe, intimate and familiar environment enjoyed by all international students and has an excellent reputation for the level of personal support and social care provided. All international students are encouraged to participate in social and cultural activities, make new friends and develop relationships and contacts.
